These terms apply to warestorepro.com, the referral site for burst pipe restoration in Kent, WA and nearby King County cities.
Services
WA Restore Pro connects property owners with licensed contractors for water damage restoration, including emergency response, water extraction, structural drying, mold prevention, and reconstruction following burst pipe and related water loss events. Work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. Network contractor IICRC certifications cover Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
Estimates and Scope
We provide a written estimate before restoration work begins. Scope changes require your written authorization. Emergency services such as water extraction may begin before a full estimate is finalized in order to prevent further damage. In those cases we document all work performed and provide a full written scope at the earliest practical time.
Insurance Billing
We work directly with insurance carriers and submit documentation on your behalf. The policy contract is between you and your insurer. We are not responsible for claim decisions made by your carrier. Amounts not covered by insurance remain the responsibility of the property owner.
Contractor Registration
WA Restore Pro operates under Washington State contractor registration. Our registration number appears on all contracts and permits. Contractor registrations can be verified at lni.wa.gov.
